I believe, and evidence supports the fact, that healthy working relationships between colleagues and throughout the various layers of management are crucial to a well functioning organisation with a culture of openness, honesty and respect. This in turn impacts positively on staff well being and therefore the services provided, as well as improving the efficiency and productivity of staff.
There are a whole range of things which can contribute to a healthy organisational culture and thereby increase employee wellbeing. These include :
